Trade problems / disputes Open trade disputes are handled inside the Bisq app through its built-in mediation system – open your trade and use the dispute button. Do not share trade details publicly.

The software is developed by independent contributors worldwide and funded through the BSQ token and DAO treasury. No individual or organization holds your funds – all trades are non-custodial and peer-to-peer. Response times in community channels vary; this is not a 24/7 commercial support service.
